woah
I forgot I had a blog.
Well not much is new anyways...just been going to physio to finally take care of a knee injury from snowboarding in December...however, it's not your regular move your knee back and forth with little electroshock patches physiotherapy. After having my knee digged in, pushed on and popped making me squirm, sweat and swear, I believe physiotherapy is not the right word for it. In fact, this physiotherapist is a self-proclaimed physioterrorist. I'm hoping to be at 100% after a few more sessions and some regular exercises. I have some sort of lateral displacement. Booo. I'm fine walking at this point, but running and jumping and stairs are somewhat painful. Add high heels to the stairs situation and my knee gives out completely. Good thing I only wear high heels for work and it's rare that stairs are involved. I'd like to be able to frolic again. Can't wait!
